Due to growth, our client based just outside of the city centre, is currently recruiting for two additional sales executives to join their expanding sales department.

About the sales executive role
·To undertake inbound and outbound calls, having quality conversations with consumers, leading to them being placed directly with their financial services clients.
·It's an ideal role for an ambitious and enthusiastic people person, able to quickly and professionally build rapport, empathise, question and influence people.
·Your calls are framework rather than strictly script led; we're looking for people who smile over the phone and can lead a conversation.
·There will be targets, however your KPIs are focused on quality over quantity, and your OTE will be reflected by that.
As the company continues with their expansion there will be opportunities for those who have the desire and skills to develop their careers into management and/or work towards attaining professional qualifications within Financial Services.
·Sales experience and success in a targeted B2C call centre or retail environment, ideally within financial services would be highly desirable
·Comfortable working in a dynamic, small company environment
·Ambition to produce quality over quantity
·Competent working on a PC
·Able to work on your own initiative
Hours of work
Their current office hours are Monday-Friday 9am-6:30pm. Shift patterns are a mix of 2 late and 3 early shifts per week. Early: 9am-5:30pm & Late: 10am-6:30pm.
Salary £19,000 - £21,000 OTE £30,000

    Team Leader I have an amazing opportunity for a Team Leader to join an organistion based in Bradford that provides a support service for men who are fleeing or surviving domestic abuse.   Do you have experience of working directly with vulnerable people, in a paid or voluntary capacity? Have you experience of line management responsibility including inducting new staff, on-site coaching, staff supervision and carrying out appraisals? Have you the skills and experience to build and maintain morale within a team? Do you have experience working with supported housing/resettlement? Have you a working knowledge of welfare and housing benefits? Do you have a passion for “getting things done”?   Have you the ability to:   ·Communicate effectively with service users, workers and external professionals – both in terms of written and oral skills ·Support and enable service users to develop independent living skills ·Assess the needs of service users and plan support in partnership with other agencies   ·Have an understanding of confidentiality and how it applies in practice ·Apply risk management procedures when processing referrals and/or working with residents as part of the support planning process ·Manage a caseload of service users, via key-working ·Deal with crisis situations in a calm and rational manner using mediation skills ·Commitment to team working and a commitment to service user involvement and placing residents at the heart of the service.     Caretaker/Site Assistant I have the opportunity to offer 2-4 weeks temporary Caretaker cover for a primary school based in Bradford. The role is to cover a period of recuperation and will be therefore subject to review.   Current Enhanced DBS is a requirement for this role.
