We are currently supporting our client, a specialist insurance provider in North Leeds, to grow their thriving sales team. An innovative company, our client work to provide bespoke insurance solutions for their customers, delivering a tailored approach with excellent customer satisfaction.

As part of this growth, we are seeking ambitious Inbound Sales Executives who want to learn & progress.

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in a customer-focused role. This can be from a phone-based or face to face roles.
  • Confident working in a fast-paced, targeted environment.
  • A natural communicator. Someone who wants to speak to customers, build rapport and develop relationships.
  • Willingness to learn & progress.
  • Motivated attitude with a real drive to succeed.

Joining a vibrant & friendly team, you will work to maximise on all inbound queries. Key duties include:

  • To provide an efficient and first-class service to clients when dealing with correspondence, telephone calls and upkeep of records.
  • Increase level of new business.
  • Build rapport and relationships with new customers for prosperous, long-lasting relationships.
  • Continue to train and develop to become an expert in your field.
  • Work cohesively as part of the wider sales team to drive success.

    Our client based in South Leeds is a small, but growing and ambitious business. They are currently recruiting for a Resourcer on their temporary desk. This is a busy and fast paced role recruiting temporary support workers and nurses for residential homes.   • Payroll Officer
    £23000 - £26000 per annum

    Our client is a well established and growing firm of accountants based in Bradford city centre. Due to expansion they are now looking to recruit an experienced Payroll Officer to join their team.

    Working alongside one other Payroll Officer you will be responsible for completing timely and accurate payroll submissions on a weekly, fortnightly and monthly basis for a variety of clients. Previous experience within an accountancy practice is highly desirable. Duties and responsibilities will include:

    Running client weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls, ensuring that clients are paid accurately and on time, whilst adhering to standard procedures Production of payslips and reportsDispatching to each client according to their individual requirementsSending BACS payments as required Year-end processing Setting up procedures for individual clients according to their needs Liaise with clients on a regular basis Check and input statutory payments ie. SSP/SPP/SMP Process new starters, leavers, Holiday pay, P45's etc. - Process Workplace Pensions: Auto-enrolment, setting up contributions Balance and reconcile payroll General administration duties

    Experience within a payroll position is essential along with an eye for detail and high levels of accuracy.

    £9.5 - £10.5 per hour

    Our client, a pioneering engineering company, are seeking a temporary Purchasing Administrator for a 3 month contract. Joining the Yeadon office, you will be joining a friendly and inclusive team to support the purchasing department during a busy period.

    Supporting a team of buyers, you will work in a varied role to cover all aspects of administration. Key responsibilities will include:

    Identifying buying requirements from department requisition and raise purchase orders. Accurately maintain supplier and material database. Troubleshooting daily supply issues, whilst maintaining professional internal and external communication. Liaising with other departments regarding raw materials.Ensuring price accuracy on all relevant systems. Resolving supplier invoice queries and problem solving collaboratively with colleagues. Providing ad hoc support to the buyers as required.

    The ideal candidate will have:

    Previous administration experience Good communication skills Strong attention to detail and able to focus in a busy environmentAbility to work well within a teamPrevious procurement experience is desirable, but not essential

  • Temporary Administrator
    Up to £9.38 per hour

    My client, a specialist financial services organisation, have an opportunity for Administrators to join them on a temporary basis.

    This role is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in financial services, or who has finished University / studies and looking for a temporary role to build upon their experience.

    Joining the consumer claims team, the role of Administrator is to support on a project moving data from one system to another. Your duties will include:

    Proofing data sets, including quotes from financial products and customer accounts. Checking invoicing details and quotations. Supporting with data entry into the new system, ensuring a high level of accuracy. Amending pricing to reflect current quotations and company guidelines.Delivering a professional, personal and helpful approach. Ad hoc tasks when required.

    Working as part of a friendly and welcoming team, you'll need to be:

    Punctual and reliable.Confident working with numbers and figures. Demonstrable accuracy and attention to detail.Strong computer literacy. Previous office experience is advantageous, but not a requirement.

    The role will be office-based based in Pudsey to start on Monday 9th August working Mon - Fri 8.45am - 5pm. The duration of the role is for a minimum of 6 weeks.
