Our client based in East Leeds is currently looking for a Sales Administrator to join their busy depot.

The company supply over 5000 different brands from their depots in Leeds and London. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the office and dealing with any customer queries. The role is varied and busy.

The Role:

  • Ensuring all cash/cheques are banked in line with our company procedure
  • Reconciling Petty Cash
  • Dealing with post
  • Developing and implementing new administrative systems
  • Taking and processing orders both by e mail and telephone
  • Creating Invoices/Credit notes
  • Assisting our sales force with administration tasks
  • Liaising with our sales force, customers and London office with any queries which may come in by phone/ e mail
  • Liaising with the transport office and customer regarding deliveries
  • Ensuring that all delivery notes are returned signed and any queries are dealt with accordingly
  • Assisting our warehouse manager with regards to paperwork for new starters
  • Booking vehicles in for repairs/mot
  • Ensuring that Health and safety procedures and company procedures are being maintained

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Some experience within the wholesale industry would be an advantage but not a necessity
  • Must have some experience in cash handling
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Some knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Motivational skills
  • Ability to work independently

  • Customer Sales Co-ordinator
    £18000 - £21000 per annum

    Our client, one of the UK's market leaders for fitted luxury Bedroom and Home Study furniture, based in Leeds, requires a Customer Services Co-ordinator to help continue with its success. In this role, you will be responsible for managing installations from the drawing stage through production to completion to the full satisfaction of the customer.

    The position of Customer Services Co-ordinator requires a person with the following skills:

    Quality project management skills to drive through successful installations. First class, hands on, customer service communication skills both verbal and written.Able to co-ordinator projects with the customer between: Surveyors, Fitters, Factory and Technicians.Ability to interpret furniture designs and installation drawings. Ability to use IT systems.Proven experience in a fast paced administration role with excellent letter writing skills essential.Exemplary planning and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise daily workload.High level verbal and written communication skills with an excellent level of English in spelling and grammar.
