Our client based in South Leeds is a small, but growing and ambitious business.  They are currently recruiting for a Shift Coordinator on their temporary desk.  This is a busy and fast paced role recruiting temporary support workers and nurses for residential homes.  The business has some large existing contracts requiring someone to fill temporary bookings with available and compliant candidates.  Duties will include:
 
·Liaising with existing accounts through telephone and face to face meetings
·Maintaining relationships with existing candidates and clients
·Booking shifts and sending rotas to both clients and candidates
·Working alongside the Director and existing account manager to work towards personal and team targets
·On call availability required for emergency shift cover requirements (paid extra)
 
Requirements:
 
·Temporary recruitment experience within a similar industry would be ideal

    Team Leader I have an amazing opportunity for a Team Leader to join an organistion based in Bradford that provides a support service for men who are fleeing or surviving domestic abuse.   Do you have experience of working directly with vulnerable people, in a paid or voluntary capacity? Have you experience of line management responsibility including inducting new staff, on-site coaching, staff supervision and carrying out appraisals? Have you the skills and experience to build and maintain morale within a team? Do you have experience working with supported housing/resettlement? Have you a working knowledge of welfare and housing benefits? The role comes with a salary of £22,500 per annum (salary review pending in April) 35 hours per week with flexibility.Currently the working from home and COVID-19 compliant offices.     Caretaker/Site Assistant I have the opportunity to offer 2-4 weeks temporary Caretaker cover for a primary school based in Bradford. The role is to cover a period of recuperation and will be therefore subject to review.   Current Enhanced DBS is a requirement for this role.
