A front-end software developer seeks a new career with a company delivering enterprise software for the public sector (NHS) as well as web / mobile solutions for a range of private sector clients. The culture within is one that will allow me to excel in a fast paced, dynamic environment and can further my career working in a multi-disciplined organisation.

My focus is not just on the technical aspect of my role but also the full lifecycle of software development, gaining knowledge about the full business often abstracted away in bigger companies, allowing me the ability to have real influence in the direction of the software and business.

Outgoing, Enthusiastic, Analytical and my goal in 3 years' time that I would be a lead / senior developer leading a team of developers on client projects.

Looking to bring my skills and experience to a business that is creative, both in design and technology with clients who continue to bring ideas or business problem that they want us to create a solution for.

  • Maintain and develop the essential tools and integrations that provide up to date and relevant data to our key business stakeholders and other systems.
  • Identify points for improvement within the team and task them accordingly.
  • Respond quickly and intelligently to live environment issues.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in other departments to design solutions and ensure that their needs are fulfilled to the best possible efficiency

Have you? Essential

  • 3x years working with JavaScript or TypeScript
  • Proficient in a framework / library such as Angular, Vue.js or ReactJS (preferred)
  • HTML, CSS/LESS/SASS
  • Experience working with RESTful APIs
  • Unit testing
  • Git

Bonus desirables

  • React Native / Ionic experience or knowledge
  • Experience working in sprints
  • Experience of Agile development approaches and use of Jira or equivalent
  • Exposure to AWS technologies
  • Mobile app development frameworks and principles (Android / iOS)
  • Experience working / interacting with NHS services

  • Payroll Officer
    £23000 - £26000 per annum

    Our client is a well established and growing firm of accountants based in Bradford city centre. Due to expansion they are now looking to recruit an experienced Payroll Officer to join their team.

    Working alongside one other Payroll Officer you will be responsible for completing timely and accurate payroll submissions on a weekly, fortnightly and monthly basis for a variety of clients. Previous experience within an accountancy practice is highly desirable. Duties and responsibilities will include:

    Running client weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls, ensuring that clients are paid accurately and on time, whilst adhering to standard procedures Production of payslips and reportsDispatching to each client according to their individual requirementsSending BACS payments as required Year-end processing Setting up procedures for individual clients according to their needs Liaise with clients on a regular basis Check and input statutory payments ie. SSP/SPP/SMP Process new starters, leavers, Holiday pay, P45's etc. - Process Workplace Pensions: Auto-enrolment, setting up contributions Balance and reconcile payroll General administration duties

    Our client, a pioneering engineering company, are seeking a temporary Purchasing Administrator for a 3 month contract. Joining the Yeadon office, you will be joining a friendly and inclusive team to support the purchasing department during a busy period.

    Supporting a team of buyers, you will work in a varied role to cover all aspects of administration. Key responsibilities will include:

    Identifying buying requirements from department requisition and raise purchase orders. Accurately maintain supplier and material database. Troubleshooting daily supply issues, whilst maintaining professional internal and external communication. Liaising with other departments regarding raw materials.Ensuring price accuracy on all relevant systems. Resolving supplier invoice queries and problem solving collaboratively with colleagues. Providing ad hoc support to the buyers as required.

    The ideal candidate will have:

    My client, a specialist financial services organisation, have an opportunity for Administrators to join them on a temporary basis.

    This role is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in financial services, or who has finished University / studies and looking for a temporary role to build upon their experience.

    Joining the consumer claims team, the role of Administrator is to support on a project moving data from one system to another. Your duties will include:

    Proofing data sets, including quotes from financial products and customer accounts. Checking invoicing details and quotations. Supporting with data entry into the new system, ensuring a high level of accuracy. Amending pricing to reflect current quotations and company guidelines.Delivering a professional, personal and helpful approach. Ad hoc tasks when required.

    Working as part of a friendly and welcoming team, you'll need to be:

    Punctual and reliable.Confident working with numbers and figures. Demonstrable accuracy and attention to detail.Strong computer literacy. Previous office experience is advantageous, but not a requirement.

    The role will be office-based based in Pudsey to start on Monday 9th August working Mon - Fri 8.45am - 5pm. The duration of the role is for a minimum of 6 weeks.
