My client, a surgery providing high quality and efficient care to the local community have an opportunity for a HR Administrator to join their values driven team. Based in BD7, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has ability to work within a team where the primary focus of the role is to provide high quality HR administrative support, be a first point of contact for HR queries within the team and encourage a positive working environment in line with the practice values. The role also offers appropriate ongoing CPD.

Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Be the first point of contact for the department - manage the phone, inbox and ensure all messages are dealt with in a timely manner
  • Ensure all staff notice boards are up to date and tidy
  • Administration support with general office duties, printed stationery, and publications
  • Deal with internal and external bookings for Meeting Rooms/Training Rooms
  • Maintain clinical staff CPD (Continuous Professional Development) records
  • Assist in the recruitment process ensuring the ATS system is updated
  • Complete pre-employment checks, issue offer letters and contracts of employment
  • Conduct practice inductions for new starters, registrars, student nurses and external staff
  • Ensure probation reviews completed in a timely manner, confidentiality agreements, amends to contracts, complete leaver process
  • Accurately record absences on the HR system, liaise with the Payroll team, HR Reports
  • Ensure clinical professional registrations are up to date
  • Calculate holiday entitlements for the practice
  • Ensure mandatory training is kept up to date for whole practice
  • Maintain the register of staff issued with practice keys/door fobs
  • Action all medical device alerts ensuring they are logged accurately
  • Maintain and update all external bodies - MDDUS, PCSE etc.

GCSEs at grade 9 - 4 in English Language and Mathematics (or equivalent)

CIPD Level 3 is desirable but not essential

Salary £22,000- £23,000 DOE

Hours 37.5 hours per week Monday- Friday 9am - 5pm or 8.30am - 4.30pm

    My client based in BD10 is looking for a Business Centre Manager on a 12-month FTC to cover maternity leave. As Business Centre Manager you will be responsible the day-to-day operation of your site or sites and be travelling between sites as and when required.
