Our client is a group of companies working in the financial services sector and has been providing a market leading service to both consumers and their Financial Advisory clients since 2015. Due to expansion and growth the two Directors now require an Executive Assistant to support them with organisational and administrative tasks across the group of companies.

Executive Assistant requirements

  • Providing a high-level EA support to our directors as required. Awareness of their key priorities and objectives is essential to be able to effectively manage their time and commitments
  • Management of complex diaries with often conflicting priorities; again, understanding the responsibilities of the directors and keeping up to date with any changes will help with effective management of their diary
  • There is an element of key stakeholder / client management where the EA will be the first port of call for client and key supplier enquiries, when making appointments and dealing with any specific requirements. Interactions with clients must appear seamless as will dealing with any enquiries on behalf of the directors where possible.
  • Arranging travel and accommodation for the directors as required
  • Attendance at internal and external meetings to take minutes/actions and deliver on any follow up
  • Strong administration and organisational skills
  • Experience of using Microsoft Office including PowerPoint and Excel
  • Any general ad-hoc administrative tasks for the directors and senior management

As the EA you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Managing two Director's diaries
  • Booking meetings
  • Answering incoming calls to the directors / business and taking messages
  • Organising materials for meetings
  • Producing PowerPoint presentations
  • Meeting and greeting visitors to the business
  • Dealing with emails on the Director's behalf
  • Producing reports
  • Assisting with new projects
  • Providing ad-hoc support of day to day office management requirements in support of the senior management team

Salary £28,000 - £30,000 DOE

  • Customer Service Team Leader
    Up to £30000 per annum

    We have an exciting opportunity to work for our client, a well established financial company.

    They are looking for a Team Leader to lead their customer service agents. The role will involve coaching and developing the team, undertaking feedback, coaching and development activities to help improve the quality of the customer experience and claims accuracy offered by their team. Ensuring all enquiries received from customers are dealt with efficiently and with a focus on the customer outcome. Dealing with any escalated enquiries from their team and to hold an expert knowledge for their designated product(s).

    Essential Job Functions:

    Manage the day-to-day planning, operation and problem-solving of a team of agents to meet with the required service level standards Develop the team to ensure delivery of a consistently superior customer experience by highly knowledgeable and customer-focused agents Be an active part of the management team and to act as the communication conduit between front line staff and management. Ensure that any messages or strategies from management are accurately and appropriately delivered without dilution or alteration of the emphasis Responsible for the delivery of service level, quality and productivity targets within their team Responsible for people management of their direct reports, including all HR related issues Responsible for sickness and holiday management within their teams Responsible for managing their team schedule to ensure sufficient cover available during all opening hours. This is a busy and fast paced role recruiting temporary support workers and nurses for residential homes. The business has some large existing contracts requiring someone to fill temporary bookings with available and compliant candidates. Duties will include:

    Our client a leading Retail E-commerce Business based in Leeds are looking for a Commercial Business Manager to support and oversee their growth strategy, lead and develop their £3.5million Retail E-commerce Business including 2 websites, operations and employees, holding full P&L accountability.

    You will ensure productivity and efficiency including setting and implementing business strategies, evaluating company performance, and supervising employees.
