I am delighted to be supporting our industry-leading client based in North Leeds who provide bespoke insurance solutions. They are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their expanding Customer team.

Working within a fun & friendly team, the role of the Customer Service Advisor is to provide a personable and professional service to the client's customers.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous customer service experience. This could be either office-based, or from retail/hospitality. As long as you enjoy speaking to customers, experience is open!
  • Confident & friendly telephone manner.
  • Comfortable managing multiple stakeholder relationships.
  • A patient & pragmatic approach.
  • Organised with high attention to detail.
  • A keen willingness to learn.

Managing queries for a portfolio of services, you will deliver a first-class service to clients. Core duties will include:

  • Responding to client correspondence via telephone calls and email.
  • Accurate upkeep of client records.
  • Effective organisation and management of own workload.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction, aiming for renewal and retention of the business.
  • Ensure excellent quality of documentation is produced and maintained.

This role operates within professional services, so an aptitude for high-level customer service and complex caseload management is advantageous. Our client offer a welcoming, inclusive environment with scope for long-term progression.

Hours - Monday to Friday
