A day in the life of the “Right Hand Person” AKA PA / Office Support
Lots of phone calls, lovely clients calling to book an appointment or just find out more about our fabulous services! I love to chat to them all and fill up the diary.
Time to look over the inbox…update the new students before training, sending info, make hotel bookings, help those who need more explanation about the platform, make progress checks to ensure kits and certificates are ready.
Coffee anyone?
Update systems put on payments, invoices, Xero makes is so easy, updates onto client system, wow what amazing clients we have.
Phone rings, “I need XY and Z please, can you make this a priority, big thanks! No problem always happy to jump in and help.
Off now to pack and ship out client orders, and then find out what support is required for training courses.
I love my day, so varied and always lots to do…!

Hours Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm 25 days Holiday + Statutory Bank Holidays

  • Customer Sales Co-ordinator
    £18000 - £21000 per annum

    Our client, one of the UK's market leaders for fitted luxury Bedroom and Home Study furniture, based in Leeds, requires a Customer Services Co-ordinator to help continue with its success. In this role, you will be responsible for managing installations from the drawing stage through production to completion to the full satisfaction of the customer.

    The position of Customer Services Co-ordinator requires a person with the following skills:

    Quality project management skills to drive through successful installations. First class, hands on, customer service communication skills both verbal and written.Able to co-ordinator projects with the customer between: Surveyors, Fitters, Factory and Technicians.Ability to interpret furniture designs and installation drawings. Ability to use IT systems.Proven experience in a fast paced administration role with excellent letter writing skills essential.Exemplary planning and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise daily workload.High level verbal and written communication skills with an excellent level of English in spelling and grammar.

    The ideal candidate will be

    Confident, bright and enthusiastic team player dedicated to implementing projects on time and within budget. An excellent all-round communicator with colleagues and customers.Computer literate and able to apply our business systems.Able to learn quickly from our training and support programmes to gain product knowledge. Experienced in an office environment with excellent letter writing skills would be desirable but not essential. Attention to detail and maintaining a high level of accuracy is essential.

    Our client based in South Leeds is a small, but growing and ambitious business. They are currently recruiting for a Resourcer on their temporary desk. This is a busy and fast paced role recruiting temporary support workers and nurses for residential homes. The business has some large existing contracts requiring someone to fill temporary bookings with available and compliant candidates. Duties will include:
