Administrator Planner Coordinator

My client, located in BD17 has a fantastic opportunity to join their Operations Team. Your role as Team Planner will be to support the Senior Leadership Team with planning, scheduling, administrative tasks, and queries.

As Team Planner, your duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Support the critical scheduling and planning of key member of staff real time and future
  • Build excellent working relationships with key stakeholders to ensure SLAs are met with confirmed resource
  • Work with Managers to ensure adequate cover is distributed evenly across the week, month, and quarter
  • Ensure supporting documents are completed across all IT systems
  • Maintain and accurately forecast 3 months in advance and within budget
  • Be proactive and reactive when additional resource is needed across the group.

Monday - Friday Hybrid working.

9am - 5.30pm 40 hours per week

Salary £20,404 per annum

  • Customer Service Team Leader

    We have an exciting opportunity to work for our client, a well established financial company.

    They are looking for a Team Leader to lead their customer service agents. The role will involve coaching and developing the team, undertaking feedback, coaching and development activities to help improve the quality of the customer experience and claims accuracy offered by their team. Ensuring all enquiries received from customers are dealt with efficiently and with a focus on the customer outcome. Dealing with any escalated enquiries from their team and to hold an expert knowledge for their designated product(s).

    Essential Job Functions:

    Manage the day-to-day planning, operation and problem-solving of a team of agents to meet with the required service level standards Develop the team to ensure delivery of a consistently superior customer experience by highly knowledgeable and customer-focused agents Be an active part of the management team and to act as the communication conduit between front line staff and management. Ensure that any messages or strategies from management are accurately and appropriately delivered without dilution or alteration of the emphasis Responsible for the delivery of service level, quality and productivity targets within their team Responsible for people management of their direct reports, including all HR related issues Responsible for sickness and holiday management within their teams Responsible for managing their team schedule to ensure sufficient cover available during all opening hours.
