Our client based in South Leeds is a small, but growing and ambitious business. They are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Account Manager on their temporary desk. This is a busy and fast paced role recruiting temporary support workers and nurses for residential homes. The business has some large existing contracts requiring someone to fill temporary bookings with available and compliant candidates. Duties will include:

  • Developing existing accounts through telephone and face to face meetings
  • Candidate resourcing and vetting
  • Maintaining relationships with existing candidates and clients
  • Booking shifts and sending rotas to both clients and candidates
  • Working alongside the Director and existing account manager to work towards personal and team targets

Requirements:

  • Temporary recruitment experience within a similar industry would be ideal
  • Attention to detail
  • Committed and dedicated
  • Excellent communicator and relationship builder
  • Proactive
  • Money motivated
