We are recuiting for an HR Administrator for our client, an Academy Trust with 3 schools in the Bradford area, This role is term time only, working 37 hours during term time and will be based in BD3. The role will be working closely with the Principal and Business Manager to develop retention and pro-active recruitment strategies. As HR Administrator, responsibilities will include: ·To manage all administrative processes related to the HR function, including recruitment and selection, appointments, resignations and changes to terms and conditions of employment. ·To be responsible for the maintenance of up-to-date accurate personnel records in accordance with statutory and audit requirements. ·To effectively monitor and report staff absence and ensure that return to work interviews take place as necessary, drawing any concerns to the attention of the School Business Manager and other senior staff. ·To be responsible for advertising vacancies and subsequent recruitment management and associated employment checks. ·To liaise with appropriate staff and organise interview arrangements. ·To attend meetings as requested and take accurate minutes and prepare papers as necessary. ·To maintain accurate school/administrative database records and filing systems in a timely and accurate manner. ·To complete all HR reports as required by the Business Manager and Trust Head of HR. ·To undertake other duties that the Principal, School Business Manager or Trust Head of HR may reasonably request. This is a role suitable for HR candidates looking for a broad exposure to the HR function. You will be involved in Recruitment and Selection, Absence Records, Salaries and Contracts, Policies and Procedures, Staff Training and Leavers. In addition you will assist with vetting and referencing all new starters. These are exciting and challenging roles. The salary is up ro c£19K pro rata working term time only with excellent benefits.
