A small but dynamic and traditional local Solicitors are looking for an experienced legal secretary/receptionist to work in this stand alone position. The ability to handle clients in a warm and engaging manner is as important as the ability to undertake the work to fit the ethos of the firm. The job will involve meeting and dealing with the firm’s clients as first point of contact, handling telephone calls, and any other ad hoc admin duties. Experience of Proclaim legal software would be advantageous.
Day to day duties :
- Managing the reception desk
- Meeting & greeting clients
- Data entry onto the case management system
- Sending letters to clients
- Any ad hoc duties required to support the fee earners
Full or part time – flexible
