Our client, based in East Leeds, is an established independent supplier of quality industrial products who pride themselves on providing first class customer service at all times. They are looking for a trainee sales administrator to join their expanding team. The company has grown year on year and they are keen to find someone who has the ability and enthusiasm to grow with the business.

As a Sales Administrator you will be responsible for the following duties:
·Dealing with incoming telephone calls
·Answering customer queries
·Taking orders by phone, fax and email
·Producing quotations and following up
·Keeping in touch with regular clients
·Building rapport
·Inputting orders onto the system with speed and accuracy
·Checking stock availability
·Filing and photocopying
·Dealing with the post
·Producing invoices

Requirements
·Keen to learn
·Outgoing and able to liaise with customers in a friendly yet professional way
·Ability to provide excellent customer service
·Some office experience would be highly desirable
·Excellent eye for detail
·Good with IT systems

This is a varied role and candidates must have the ability to multi task, work to deadlines in a fast paced environment and have strong administration and coordination skills.

In return the company will offer on the job training and support with the following benefits:
Salary £18,000 – £20,000 depending on experience
22 days holiday plus stats
Contributory pension – 5% employer, 3% employee
Death in service
Income protection
Hours – 8.30 – 5 or 9 – 5.30
Free parking
