Headway Recruitment is recruiting for a Marketing Administrator to support the Sales team of a highly successful and growing print company based in West Leeds.
The Marketing Administrator is a new role for the company and you will be responsible for the development of the role alongside the team. The marketing administration role will be both varied, fast-paced and challenging. You would be working in a highly motivated team where no two days would be the same. Although mainly officed-based, you would also have the opportunity to meet clients to drop off samples/collect artwork/make deliveries. A driving licence would be essential. The role is very much focussed on developing sales leads through the use of a wide range of marketing strategies including web, social media, newsletters and industry awards. As the successful job holder you would be able to use all your experience and skills in sales and marketing to achieve the necessary results.
Key responsibilities include:
·Generation and maintenance of sales lists and contact in targeted markets
·Researching new contacts and new companies using internet/LinkedIn)
·Creating and sending mailshots
·Warm telesales to obtain contact information and follow up leads/arrange appointments for Sales team
·Sending out samples/brochures
·Reporting on sales activity
·Keeping abreast of developments within competitors
·Involvement in innovation meetings
·Increasing the company profile within the industry
·Maintenance and improvement of website and social media
·Involvement in preparation of brochures, quarterly newsletters and company literature
·Preparation for various industry awards
·Acting as point of contact within the office for the Sales team
·Assisting with estimating/pricing/tenders
·Excellent communication skills both over the telephone and face to face
·Self-driven with the ability to achieve own and company goals
·Clean driving licence
·Desire to excel as part of a successful team.
