Headway is recruiting for an Account Manager for their client, a highly successful print specialist with offices in West Leeds. This a role where no two days are the same and you will be working in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
As Account Manager you will be part of a proactive team working between the client and the sales and production teams. You will be acting as the main point of contact for the customer, liaising with them regarding their orders, delivery dates, artwork approval and quotations.
Working with various internal departments including technical, production and sales to discuss new projects and complete new work briefings. You will also be responsible for managing an existing client list and maintaining and developing good customer relationships. You will also be producing estimates for new work and processing purchase orders. You will be dealing with inbound telephone calls as well as attending meetings customers. The role will also involve attending customer site visits to obtain full working understanding of their procedures and manufacturing processes.
Ideal candidates will have some experience of working in an office based environment, with experience in account management, sales administration or order processing desirable. Knowledge of the print industry is not essential but would be useful. Candidates will also possess excellent customer service, be numerate and have strong written and verbal communication skills. You will be able to multi task and work well under pressure and to deadlines. Also required will be a keen eye for detail and a high degree of accuracy, be naturally proactive and have a good work ethic.
Salary for this role is £20-24K pa plus a quarterly bonus and a generous benefits package.
