Our client, a successful and growing SME, specialising in warehouse fit outs and refurbishments, have an opportunity for a Sales Manager with proven experience to manage their existing Sales Team. The role will include:
·Planning sales activity and campaigns
·Managing the client database
·Attending client visits to review new and existing contracts
·Enabling the sales team to achieve better sales
·Set up feasible sales strategies
You will already have some experience of managing a sales team and have a background in building, construction, fit-outs or warehouse racking. You will be a strong motivator and be prepared to lead by example and you will be able to show that you have the ability to create and implement sales strategies.
The basic salary for this role is up to £45K and will come with the normal benefits including company car, mobile and laptop. A bonus structure will also be agreed.
