Our client, a successful and established business in Leeds, currently require a senior administrator to join them. This is a busy and varied administration role and you will be working as part of an established team.

Senior Administrator – Role Description
Personal Specification
This role is ideal for someone currently in a Senior Administration position or an experienced Administration Assistant/Administrator looking for their next step. As the ideal candidate you will be/have:
·Experience of Events Management
·A strong Co-ordinator
·A Completer Finisher
·POSITIVE attitude
·Pro-active, approachable & helpful
·Able to work independently and as part of a team
·Able to prioritise the admin workload.
·Good all round knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook.
·High standard of spelling & grammar

Admin Management:
·Oversee all general admin duties in the Leeds office including working in together with the other sites admin departments.
·Project work & organisation of staff social events – In particular assisting the Office Manager with organising the yearly team building weekend away.
·Organising quarterly Town Halls, regular end of the month drinks and the staff Christmas Party admin (compiling menu choices, recording dietary requirements, seating planning)
·Responsible for the training coordination for Leeds and Manchester (sending invites, creating polls/ surveys, room and catering requests)
·Assisting the Office Manager with health and safety/ maintenance issues

Office Duties:
·General reception duties; phones, intercom, receiving deliveries, opening and distributing mail, franking out-going mail.
·Expenses – processing and checking weekly expenses receipts, working out VAT & Net portions, inputting claims onto system for payments.
·Looking after visitors, making tea/coffee, sorting catering for meetings.
·Orders – overseeing orders for the office including the weekly Tesco’s shop, stationary and other sundries
·Booking accommodation, train & air travel, organising Visas.
·Setting up door passes and lanyards, monitoring access levels and recording keys issued to staff
·Creation of purchase orders, ensuring orders signed off by authorised signatory
·Ensuring contracts are filed (hard copies and electronic)
·Chasing invoices from company credit card usage.
·Diary and meeting room management.
·Assistance in training apprentice and junior admin staff/ temps
·Assist the Accounts and Recruitment teams when required. Including attending occasional evening and off-site company events.
·Adhoc tasks when required.

Salary £20,000 – £24,000
