About the sales executive role
·To undertake inbound and outbound calls, having quality conversations with consumers, leading to them being placed directly with their financial services clients.
·It's an ideal role for an ambitious and enthusiastic people person, able to quickly and professionally build rapport, empathise, question and influence people.
·Your calls are framework rather than strictly script led; we're looking for people who smile over the phone and can lead a conversation.
·There will be targets, however your KPIs are focused on quality over quantity, and your OTE will be reflected by that.
As the company continues with their expansion there will be opportunities for those who have the desire and skills to develop their careers into management and/or work towards attaining professional qualifications within Financial Services.
·Sales experience and success in a targeted B2C call centre or retail environment, ideally within financial services would be highly desirable
·Comfortable working in a dynamic, small company environment

Hours of work
Their current office hours are Monday-Friday 9am-6:30pm. Shift patterns are a mix of 2 late and 3 early shifts per week. Early: 9am-5:30pm & Late: 10am-6:30pm.
Our client based in South Leeds is a small, but growing and ambitious business. They are currently recruiting for an experienced Recruitment Consultant on their temporary desk. This is a new role working on a large existing account that needs developing. You will be responsible for recruiting temporary support workers and nurses for residential homes. Duties will include:
·Developing the existing account through telephone and face to face meetings
·Establishing relationships with contacts across a network of 150 homes
·Candidate resourcing and vetting
·Maintaining relationships with existing candidates
·Booking shifts and sending rotas to both clients and candidates
·Working alongside the Director to work towards personal and team targets
·Temporary recruitment experience within the healthcare sector is essential
·Attention to detail
