Headway’s Managing Director, Mark joined the business in 2005.
Mark has always worked in recruitment and his knowledge of the industry is second to none. He’s a firm believer in psychometric profiling and how to use this to create balanced and winning teams.
“For us it all started when we all undertook psychometric profiles in the office. We immediately saw how we could improve communication and team work internally. It was a real lightbulb moment, when we realised what power this could have for our clients.”
Mark’s psychometric profile is a D. People with the D style personality tend to focus on results. They’re constantly looking for new challenges and are fairly competitive and determined. This is probably why Mark’s passionate about ensuring the continued growth and success of our clients and candidates: “the biggest buzz in my job is speaking with clients that are enjoying success, helped by the individuals we have found them. When it comes to my profile type, I like to think that I’m a bit more relaxed than my profile suggests, but I can’t deny that I’m a definite D….”.
