Our mission is to always practice efficient and professional procedures and to stand out among our competitors as an agency with the highest of standards.  As a way of demonstrating our commitment, below are a number of specific standards which we will adhere to starting from the minute you pick up the telephone to us:-

• 95% of all calls to the office will be answered within three rings

• We will let you know if we can fill a temporary order within 30 minutes of receiving the order.

• All temporary and permanent applicants will be fully tested in all relevant skill areas before commencing employment.

• All temporary candidates will have at least one reference before commencing work

• No candidate will be put forward for a permanent vacancy before discussing it with them first.

• At the beginning, during and at the end of each assignment, we will check that our client is satisfied with the quality of the temporary worker.

• We are interested in what our clients think of our service and we will contact them by letter or telephone to survey our service and ensure it meets our standards.

• All clients will be visited at the appropriate time during a temporary assignment

• Both temporary and permanent candidates will be sent detailed information concerning temporary work or permanent interviews.

• An ongoing training programme is in place for all members of staff and is reviewed every six months.
